Chanceé Lundy loves Jesus and she loves to inspire young women. It’s Just High School is her brainchild and she was motivated to develop this book compilation because of the constant news of teenage girl issues that were often leading to tragic outcomes. She believes that through sharing the story of others these young ladies will know there is life on the other side of high school. Chanceé, a native of Selma, Alabama is a wife, mother, author, business owner, international speaker, social justice advocate, and community conscious engineer. She loves working with women and girls to help them achieve their full potential and talking to audiences about all things entrepreneurial.Mrs. Lundy is a global citizen and has lead and participated in trainings on social justice issues and engineering achievement in: Accra, Ghana; Mali, West Africa; Nairobi, Kenya; and Bosnia Herzegovina. In addition, she participated in the International Scholar Laureate Program’s Delegation on Engineering to China. Ms. Lundy is a past National Chair of the National Society of Black Engineers and member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She received her Master’s in Civil Engineering from Florida State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University. She is the Founder of Destination Liberation a non-profit organization dedicated to exposing, empowering and educating young women through cultural international travel.
